Remove unwanted apps that do not appear with a Delete icon in Edit mode by locating them in your Mac's Application folder and dragging them to the Trash. Arrange apps that you still need but don't use into a clutter group in Launchpad by enabling edit mode and dragging one app on top of another to create an app group. Video of the Day.
